How they sold out the planet and the people most at risk.
They told you they were saving the planet.
They gave you hashtags. Celebrity endorsements.
Even a green logo and soft piano music over commercials.
What they didn’t give you… was the truth.
This is the dirty reality of “green” promises.

From billion-dollar carbon markets that let the worst polluters buy their way out of accountability…
to corporate greenwashing campaigns that exist purely to rebrand destruction as “sustainability”…
to government-approved “climate action” plans that are more paperwork than action…
We’ve been sold hope as a product, not a solution.
The Scam of Carbon Markets
Carbon credits sound like a solution pay to offset emissions, plant some trees, and everyone wins.

Except… the corporations aren’t reducing emissions. They’re buying indulgences to keep polluting at full speed.
It’s a loophole dressed up as progress.
Greenwashing 101
That paper straw? The “eco-friendly” packaging?

It’s a mask for the toxic supply chains, illegal dumping, and factory emissions hiding behind the scenes.
Greenwashing isn’t about fixing the environment. It’s about fixing your perception of the environment.
The Cost of Empty Promises
The most vulnerable communities often poor, Black, Indigenous, and immigrant bear the real cost.
They breathe the dirtiest air.
They drink the most contaminated water.

And they’re the first to be sacrificed in the name of “economic growth.”
Meanwhile, the climate crisis accelerates… but the PR campaigns never slow down.
🌱 They didn’t fail to fix the problem. They never planned to.
